- We believe in the quality of our games and we stand fully behind our products.
- If the customer receives a product that is defective or damaged, he/she must notify Family Board Games via email immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is received, and we will exchange the product.
- Undamaged/unused products may be returned within 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product for a refund to the purchaser less the original shipping charges.
- Purchases made from November 1 through December 15 may be returned through January 15 to accommodate customers purchasing gifts for the Holiday Season.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
- Family Board Games does not charge a restocking/repackaging fee.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging in accordance with UPS insurance terms and conditions. UPS may inspect damaged packaging if necessary.
- Please include the original packing slip, or a note that includes the 17-digit Amazon.com order # (xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx) and a brief description of why the item is being returned.
- We strongly recommend the return package is insured, includes delivery confirmation, and is shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Refunds are typically processed within one week from when the package is returned to us.
- Amazon.com will send a confirmation of the refund via e-mail to the purchaser.
- Please email Family Board Games for a return address. Be sure to include details regarding reason for returning items.
