The company does provide good service .
The set arrived to me with 3 rooks and a single bishop for the white pieces.
However when I contacted the seller the promptly and politely said they would ship to me the missing bishop , which they did.I am sure this is a rare occasion for their products and that they sell high quality products.
I like the set, I enjoy playing chess games with friends and family.The pieces are fairly small but besides that , great set.

This chess set has a nice finishing, the pieces have good size(although they don't weight too much).I use the set to replay games i do on my excalibur portable chess computer.For the price it is a good deal.
